What’s Up with Workout Wednesday

Workout Wednesday is a challenging 60-minute full body workout for all fitness levels. The class combines interval circuit training with yoga/bootcamp-inspired exercises using minimal equipment. Unlike going to a crowded class at the local community center, WW caps at 10 participants. I keep it small so I can give personal attention to each individual and offer modifications. Things have been kind of busy for us this past year. Kristal had a baby, Margaret turned 50 and they both just got back from a big, fat holiday in Greece. Needless to say, it’s been a bit hectic. After all the sweets and treats from Halloween this week, our bodies are going to need a bit of a reboot. Especially since the holiday season is right around the corner! So we’ve come up with a challenge that will detox our systems and help restore balance in our bodies.
