Our group classes are high-energy and nothing but fun. The class sizes are small and are designed for everyone! Whether you are a beginner or hardcore fitness junkie, these classes will challenge your fitness level and make you feel good.

STABILITY BALL WORKOUT @ 7 PM IN SAPPERTON, NEW WEST

This 55 minute class will give you some new stability ball moves to condition your body, challenge your balance, improve your posture and improve core strength.

Price: $99 for 10 sessions (tax included)

Sessions are Mondays beginning February 1st, 2016

Location: 318 Keary Street, New Westminster (Free Parking available at the back)
