Margaret Maxim has been a BCRPA registered personal trainer and group fitness leader for over a decade. She enjoys a fit, healthy and balanced life style, and is exuberant about helping her clients to be the best that they can be. She highlights the vital link between mind and body — that “fitness” involves not only external appearance but also a commitment to wholesome living choices.
Margaret’s versatility sets her apart. She enjoys an array of activities that include martial arts, kickboxing, running, dancing, and hiking — all of which she incorporates into her exercise programs. She also continues to challenge herself in order to enhance the training experience she offers her clients.
She participates in several runs each year, and encourages her clients to join her. She has hiked the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim in one day, participated in the 2010 and 2011 Vancouver Femsport Women’s Strength and Fitness Challenge, regularly takes on the Grouse Grind, and recently became a Tough Mudder in Whistler.
Margaret keeps her exercise programs simple and fun. With her enthusiasm, knowledge of fitness, and commitment to her clients, she has solidified a loyal following in the greater Vancouver area.
