Want to get fit but have no idea where to start? Already hitting the gym but want to change things up? Our registered personal trainers will provide the motivation, education, guidance, and individual attention you need to achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, run a marathon or just feel good, our trainers will design a program that is just for you.

Since we are mobile, you get to choose where you workout! That could be in the park, at our studio or in the comfort of your own home — we can come to you! We also believe that money should not stand in the way of achieving your goals. That is why we offer payment plans and monthly specials.

Your personal training package includes a fitness assessment, one-on-one training sessions, weekly emails from your trainer, and monthly progress reports.  Your sessions will be based on your goals, exercises likes, dislikes and availability. Packages start at $49 per session.



Group personal training is a great way to get the personalized attention you need while sharing in the fun of getting fit with your friends. With group personal training, you can choose to workout in groups of 2-4 with the guidance of a personal trainer but at a more affordable price. Sessions start at as little as $20 per person.



Just want some guidance? If you’re lost at the gym and not sure why you’re not getting results, we can design a program for you! Your program design package includes a fitness assessment, two 2-week workout programs, one session in the gym to show you how it’s done and weekly motivational emails from your trainer. Program design packages start at $60.
