Interested in doing the toughest event on the planet? About 20% of participants won’t make it past the finish line. Our unique program will whip you into Tough Mudder shape and toughen you up. All fitness levels are welcome – you will get across that finish line!
The 16-Week Training Program for Tough Mudder Whistler 2014
Starting March 5th 2014
Through team building exercises, obstacle course practice and circuit style training, we will build your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and mental grit. Expect to run on trails, dip in lakes and crawl through mud.
What You Get:
15 1.5 hour outdoor training sessions lead by a registered personal trainer and Tough Mudder veteran
A field trip to a fun, outdoor obstacle course to complement your training
Weekly training homework and personalized guidance from your trainer
When: Sundays at 11 am (The first session is on Wednesday, March 5th at 8 pm in New Westminster)
Where: Mostly Burnaby and New Westminster
Cost: $250 per person, including GST (Registration for the event is not included)
